Coffee beans come from three regions: FIECH in Mexico, Bukonzo Joint in Uganda and Gayo Megah Berseri in Indonesia. In all three countries, coffee grows at 1,400 to 2,200 m above sea level and has been carefully picked by hand.
All farms are Fairtrade certified - this gives them a harvest price that covers the costs of sustainable production. In addition, Fairtrade Premium, democratic organization, employee training, good working conditions and environmentally friendly production are guaranteed. Fairtrade helps farmers to become knowledgeable trading partners on the world market.
