Loyalty Program

Loyalty program:

• you can register as a regular customer by filling out a form in the store or right here on our website.
• The loyalty program is personal.
• Loyal customer cards are not issued to regular customers, the discounts of regular customers start to apply after filling out the form and forwarding it to the customer service representative. The first and last name and/or personal identification number are the basis for receiving the loyalty discount. An ID card is also the basis for receiving a discount.
• Expert Eesti OÜ uses the personal data of regular customers in accordance with the Data Protection Act and does not forward them to third parties.
• If the customer has indicated in the form that he wants to receive newsletters and offers via e-mail or SMS, then Expert Eesti OÜ has permission to send newsletters and offers via SMS to the corresponding e-mail or phone number indicated in the form.

Why join?

• A regular customer collects a bonus on purchases that can be used to pay for subsequent purchases. For every euro purchased, 1 point worth 1 eurocent is added to the loyal customer's account (1% of the purchase amount is accumulated in the customer's bonus account);
• Loyal customer monthly offers (we send to loyal customer e-mail at the beginning of each month);
• Personal loyalty offers and preliminary information about new products and campaigns;
• Purchase receipts of regular customers are registered and easily available later;
• Registering as a regular customer is FREE.
