What personal data is being processed

• personal and contact details (including name, personal identification code, telephone number, address, e-mail address, etc.);
• the delivery address of the goods;
• Bank account number;
• the cost of goods and services and data relating to payments (purchase history and data for installment payment purchase);
• customer support data 

What purpose is personal data processed for

Personal data are used to execute client contracts, manage orders, deliver goods, and perform statutory obligations.
Purchase history data (purchase date, merchandise, quantity, customer information) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences. The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.
Personal data such as e-mail, phone no, customer name are processed to resolve issues related to the delivery of goods and services (customer support).
The online shop user IP address or other network identifiers are processed for providing information services and forcollecting web usage statistics.

Legal basis

The processing of personal data takes place for the purpose of performing a contract with the client.
The processing of personal data takes place in order to fulfill a legal obligation (eg accounting and settlement of consumer disputes).
With the customer's consent, we can collect customer activity data in our  online shop and retail stores. According to the data, the customer will receive personal  offers for products and services on request

Use of personal data

Personal data is used to manage purchases and purchase history and to fullfill obligations for the client.
For best service, Expert may disclose information about individual persons to third parties who provide services to Expert. The transfer of personal data to Experts' authorized processors (eg transport service provider, installment payment purchase service provider, product maintenance service, data hosting) is processed on the basis of agreements with Expert and authorized processors. Authorized processors are required to ensure appropriate safeguards for the processing of personal data.
Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality or hosting of the online shop.

Security and access to data

Personal data shall be stored on servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or the countries associated with the European Union. Data may be transmitted to countries whose data protection level has been assessed by the European Commission as sufficient, and to US companies that are affiliated to the Privacy Shield framework.
Access to personal data is available to Expert personnel who can access personal data to resolve customer issues or technical issues related to using the online store.
Expert implements appropriate physical, organizational, and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure.

Change of personal data

Personal data can be changed in the Expert online shop under the user profile or by sending a signed application to info@expert.ee

Withdrawal of consent

If the processing of personal data is carried out with the consent of the client, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by submitting a corresponding signed application to the Expert store by sending an application to the postal address Expert Eesti OÜ, Mustamäe tee 16, Tallinn or by e-mail info@expert.ee. reply to the application will be sent  within 30 days at the latest.

Storage

Personal data will be deleted when you close an Expert account, unless such data is required for accounting or consumer dispute resolution purposes.
If a purchase is made in the online store without a customer account, the purchase history is retained for three years.
In the case of disputes relating to payments and consumer disputes, personal data shall be kept until the claim is fulfilled or until the expiry of the limitation period (three years).
Personal data necessary for accounting purposes shall be kept for seven years.

Termination

To delete personal data, you must bring a signed application to the Expert store, send the application to the post address Expert Eesti OÜ, Mustamäe tee 16, Tallinn or e-mail info@expert.ee. The application will be answered within 30 days at the latest.

Transfer

To transfer personal data, you must bring a signed application to the Expert store, send the application to the post address Expert Eesti OÜ, Mustamäe tee 16, Tallinn or e-mail info@expert.ee. The application will be answered within 30 days at the latest.

Direct marketing activities

The email address and phone number will be used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, the corresponding reference in the email footer should be selected.
If personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to the processing of his / her personal data, including the processing of profiles related to direct marketing. To do this, you must bring a corresponding signed application to the Expert store, send the application to the post address Expert Eesti OÜ, Mustamäe tee 16, Tallinn or e-mail info@expert.ee. The application will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
