Return policy

Customer's right of withdrawal

  • *The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the Purchase and Sale Agreement concluded on the basis of the order of the Expert Online Shop within 14 days after the delivery of the ordered goods to the Customer.
  • In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods as they are permitted to be tested in the physical shop. The returned goods must not be used and must be labeled in their original packaging and have all the original labelling.
  • To return the goods, you must submit an application for the withdrawal of the goods and send it to e-pood@expert.ee, no later than 14 days after the receipt of the goods.
  • Purchased goods cannot be returned if the ordered product is customized according to the customer's personal needs or according to the terms and conditions provided by the customer.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for headphones and bodycre products.
  • Returning purchased Goods to the parcel machine costs € 2,99 and goods can be returned with a receipt code sent to the customer via email or mobile text (Omniva and Itella SmartPost). Returning the goods to the store is FREE. Return of goods sent by DPD courier is subject to a fee. A small pack costs € 10,90 and a large pack, such as a washing machine costs € 19,90.   • The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order.
  • The Expert online shop returns the amount paid for the goods to the Client upon cancellation of the contract as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days from the withdrawal from the bank account indicated by the Client (the goods must be returned or the customer must prove that the returned goods have been returned). The amount to be returned will be offset to the extent that it overlaps with the fee for returning the goods to be paid by the Customer, which Expert e-shop has paid for the Customer.
