Local store transport

Store transport options are: transport to buyer's premises, removal of old appliance and installation of the new appliance where possible.
Delivery starting from the same day. More information on prices and delivery times can be obtained from the stores.

Online shop transport

Transport to a store - we deliver the goods to the Expert store of your choice and You will be informed immediately when the goods are in the shop and ready to pick up.
Service is FREE. Delivery 0-3 business days.

Transport to a parcel terminal - partners are Itella Smartpost, Omniva and DPD.
Service fee is 2,99 eur and is valid in Estonia. Delivery 1-3 business days.

Transport to buyer's indicated address - delivered by DPD or Venipak courier. The goods are delivered to the address of buyer's choice, to the front door of the house.

Transport to buyer's premises -  our couriers will deliver the goods to the address of your choice. The appliances are brought into the apartment. Transport to the premises includes lifting the appliance over the front door of the apartment or private house into the first room, which is usually the hallway. This service does not include moving the appliance to further rooms. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure in advance that the the width of the path of transport and width of the doors in the customer's territory allow the safe delivery of the appliances in the packaging to the destination. Transport will not be carried out through windows or spiral staircases. 
Small devices (0 - 9,99 kg) – 10,90 eur 
Medium appliances (10 - 19,99 kg) – 14,90 eur
Large appliances (20-79,99 kg) 24,90 eur
Extra large appliances (over 80 kg) 49,90 eur
Service is provided in Estonia (excluding the islands) appliances with weight up to 30 kg. Service for appliances weighing from 30 kg and up is provided in Harju County, Jõhvi, Tartu, Rapla, Viljandi and Lääne County.

Transport to buyer's premises and removal of the old appliance - our couriers bring the new appliance indoors and take away the old appliance at a time convenient for you. Transport to the premises includes lifting the appliances over the front door of the apartment or private house into the first room, which is usually the hallway, and picking up the old appliance from the same place. This service does not include moving the new appliance to further rooms. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure in advance that the width of the path of transport and width of the doors in the customer's territory allow the safe delivery of the appliances in the packaging to their destination and the safe removal of the old appliance. Transport will not be carried out through windows or spiral staircases.

Transport to the buyer's premises and installation -  our couriers bring the appliance to indicated room and install it at once.
Simple installation 49,90 eur
Simple installation means placing the refrigerator in place + connecting it, installing the washing machine, installing the TV on the legs.
Special installation 69,90 eur
The special installation includes refrigerator installation, mounting the TV on the wall, installation of a built-in appliance*, installation of a side-by-side refrigerator with water connection.
Delivery time 2-5 working days.
*We offer the service in: Harjumaa, Jõhvi (excl. special installation), Tartu (excl. special installation), Rapla, Viljandi, Läänemaa.

Package disposal 10 eur
*Expert Eesti OÜ does not install gas stoves.

Transport to the buyer's premises, removal of the old appliance and installation - our couriers bring the appliance to indicated room and install it. The old appliance is then taken away. Installation includes disposal of packages, on-site installation and short training.

According to the law, you have the right to file a claim for defective goods within two years. In order to maintain confidence even after two years, Expert offers the possibility of concluding an additional warranty for up to five years!
Additional warranty includes:

• free transportation to repairs and back
• replacement appliance during the repair periood

We provide additional guarantees to both companies and individuals. For businesses, the standard warranty for appliances is 6 months, with an additional warranty for 18 months.

Installment payment

Expert installment makes it easy and handy to make big purchases! If you plan to make a bigger purchase, it's  smart to make one-time big outlay and to divide it into smaller parts - so you can pay for the item with small installments without the joy of a new thing being left behind in the shadow of big expense made.
