Expert e-store transport providers are Omniva, DPD, Itella and Venipak, as well as the courier services of Expert's cooperation partners. The customer can also pick up the goods himself at a store that suits him.
The goods are sent to the address or store chosen by the Customer. The customer will receive a notification to that effect when the goods arrive at the store. Goods and services are paid 100% in advance by bank transfer or by concluding an installment agreement.
Products sent by partners DPD, Venipak couriers are delivered to the customer's front door and within the city of Tallinn and Tartu, it is possible to bring the product to the room by DPD courier
The goods are sent by Omniva, SmartPost or DPD Pickup service to the parcel terminal chosen by the Customer. Goods and services are paid 100% in advance by bank transfer or by concluding an installment agreement.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, you have the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
In normal practice, the delivery time of a product in stock is 1-3 working days. Otherwise, the delivery time is up to 10 working days.
